Quotes and purchase orders
Request a quote by phone on 713-465-9988 or by email to sales@triumph-cs.com. Send drawings, specifications and any related documentation; some sites need a walkthrough before they can be quoted accurately. Normal turnaround is two to five business days once all project information is in hand. One designated representative handles the quote and the order that follows it.
Purchase orders are made payable to Triumph Cabling Systems, LLC and must reference contract number DIR-CPO-4781 — that reference is what makes it a DIR purchase. Email or fax the purchase order and the quote form to the designated representative.

Cabling services and related products on contract
These are the cabling products and services awarded under DIR-CPO-4781. Other work Triumph performs, including its underground construction, is not on this contract and is quoted separately. Triumph is the sole order fulfiller; there are no resellers on the contract.
Cabling, priced per pull
- Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 7 — installed, terminated, tested and labeled including wall plate, jack and certification report. Priced per pull by quantity band and cable length, in each of the five state zones, labor only or labor and materials.
- Fiber optic, single mode and multimode — installed, terminated, tested and labeled including wall plate, jack and certification report.
- Coaxial for video distribution — CATV, CCTV surveillance and satellite (DSS, VSAT); installed, terminated, tested and labeled including wall plate, jack and certification report.
A per-pull price covers all labor to complete the cabling project, including fishing walls, running cable through modular furniture, terminating, testing, labeling, and providing certification reports, as-built floor plans and warranty information, and all travel necessary to complete it. Labor-and-materials pricing adds the cable, boxes, color-coded inserts, jacks, patch panels, blocks, wall plates and patch cords.
Cabling services, priced hourly
- Cabling Technician — installation labor requested outside the per-pull price sheets.
- Cabling Technical Support — cabling services independent of a cable project: technical support, troubleshooting and repair.
- Cabling Project Manager — plans, budgets, oversees and documents a specific cabling project.
- Cabling Systems Design — develops requirements for the planning and installation of data, video and voice cabling in balanced copper and fiber.
- Cable Removal — removal of cabling materials from an existing facility.
- Fiber Technician — fiber optic installation labor.
- OSP Services — outside plant cabling labor.
Standard and non-standard hourly rates for all seven roles, by zone, are in the pricing sheets above. Standard hours are Monday to Friday; non-standard covers nights, weekends and holidays.
Related products
Cable equipment, products and supplies related to the planning, design, installation, construction, maintenance, training or support of cabling systems, in the seven awarded categories — wire management, patch panels, fiber boxes, patch cords, wall and face plates and surface mounts, connectors, and cable — supplied at a fixed discount percentage off MSRP. Part numbers, MSRP, discount and DIR Customer price are in the product pricing sheet above.
Warranty and returns
Warranty policy
Triumph provides a twelve-month on-site system warranty covering the products and services supplied under DIR-CPO-4781, correcting any defect in the cable system and in its installation, at no charge for parts or labor. Where the DIR Customer supplies product separately, the warranty applies to the installation. The warranty begins on acceptance of the installed system, as acceptance is defined in the customer service agreement.
This warranty does not apply to: cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents; damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water in excess of specifications, flood, fire or other acts of nature or external causes; damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Triumph employee; or damage to a product that has been modified or altered without prior written permission from a Triumph representative.
Warranty work is scheduled within 48 hours of the call. Triumph is not responsible for work another contractor or the user has handled.
Return policy
Triumph contracts for installed cable systems rather than for the resale of product. Material supplied under DIR-CPO-4781 is furnished as part of an installation and is not returnable once it has been delivered to the site. Defects in the product or in the installation are corrected under the twelve-month system warranty above, at no charge to the DIR Customer for parts or labor. These terms are the same terms Triumph applies to its commercial customers for like work.
Contract scope
DIR-CPO-4781 covers cabling services and related products. Standalone underground and civil work — directional boring, trenching, ductbank, manholes — is outside that contract’s scope, though Triumph self-performs all of it. On a project that includes both, the cabling scope and the underground scope are quoted separately.
